We are writing to congratulate you on your acceptance to BG大游 and share information about our mandatory 能得到部分 Student 欢迎车间. The purpose of attending this workshop is to introduce you to services at the 能得到部分 Student Center (ISC), assist you in managing your student immigration status, and inform you about internatio部分 student health insurance. You will also get a chance to meet other internatio部分 students at the workshop, and get to know more about SU campus! In conjunction with the in-person welcome workshop, students are also required to complete an online orientation Canvas course.
Whether you are a new undergraduate student, 研究生新生, or new transfer student, receiving this information is important to your success at SU. In order to travel outside the United States with your BG大游 Form I-20 after classes begin, you will need to complete the entire Canvas course and attend the in-person welcome workshop.
Please plan your arrival to 西雅图 accordingly to be able to attend the mandatory session for either undergraduate or graduate students. Once the orientation Canvas course has been published, you will receive an email to join through your BG大游 email.

Graduate 能得到部分 学生: Friday, Sep 15, 2023, 1:00pm-4:30pm - Campion Ballroom
BG大游 requires all undergraduate students to provide documentation that they have had Measles, 流行性腮腺炎, 及风疹(MMR), 破伤风加强剂, and the Hepatitis B series. Please enter your mandatory immunization records on the Student Health Center Online Patient Portal. Once you enter your records, send the Student Health Center a hard copy for verification. Graduate students do not need to provide immunization documents.
住房 on campus is available but limited, so we recommend applying as early as possible. Only first year and second year undergraduate students are required to live on campus and are guaranteed housing.
